The Fox Cities Eye Clinic (FCEC) was established by Mark C. Austin M.D. in 1995. Dr. Austin purchased Zeiss-Mueller Eye Associates and moved the clinic to its present location on Northland Avenue in January of 2000. Our staff of experienced physicians consists of Dr. Mark Austin, Dr. Kara Harbick, a fellowship trained Glaucoma specialist, Dr. Marvin Hall, and Dr. Mark Ruttum. The medical staff of FCEC proudly offers state-of-the-art eye care with a friendly, caring disposition that makes everyone feel like family.
