An Indiana native, Dr. Hall’s education includes a BA from De Pauw University in Greencastle, Iowa, a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, a pediatrics internship at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, and an ophthalmology residency at Indiana University Hospital.

Dr. Hall has practiced in Appleton since 1979. He and his three children make their home in Kaukauna.
